Hello everyone! We are Michael and Sarah, husband and wife duo who in 2017, founded and owned a coffee roastery and cafe in the small city of Jamestown, NY. In January 2023, we sold our business, our home, and almost all of our earthly possessions to move to the great sunshine state! And here we are: Jacksonville, FL!  It’s been our dream to be here for 4 years now and we couldn’t be more excited to start over again with Mechanism Coffee Roasters!
