Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

We process and ship orders within 2-3 business days (except holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Currently we are only shipping within the continental US.

*Please note Mechanism Coffee Roasters is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages while in transit. Please contact your local carrier for claims.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Coffee - We do not accept returns/exchanges on bags of coffee that have been opened, used, or sold by a third party.

Merchandise - We will accept returns within 14 days of purchase with receipt on apparel and merchandise that hasn't been used or washed and still has original tags and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.  Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to inspect and process your refund.
