Revival - House blend

Revival is our signature house blend.  It's served everyday in our cafe and also pulls double duty as our house espresso.  Due to the seasonality of green coffee, we occasionally change the two coffees in the blend.

Region: Cerrado, Huehuetenango

Variety: Mundo Novo, Yellow Catuai, Red Catuai, Acaia, Bourbon, Caturra

Elevation: 1,000-1,625 masl

Process: Natural, Washed

Tasting notes: chocolate, caramel, citrus
