Revival - House blend

Revival is our signature house blend.  It's served everyday in our cafe and also pulls double duty as our house espresso.  The coffees used in the blend may change from season to season, but we always try to maintain the same flavor profile.

Origin: Brazil , Guatemala

Region: Machado, Huehuetenango

Variety: Arara, Catuai, Yellow Catuai, Paraisu, Bourbon, Caturra

Elevation: 1,100-1,625 masl

Process: Natural, Washed

Tasting notes: chocolate, caramel, citrus
