Revival - House blend

Revival is our signature house blend.  It's served everyday in our cafe and also pulls double duty as our house espresso.  The coffees used in the blend may change from season to season, but we always try to maintain the same flavor profile.

Origin: Brazil , Guatemala

Region: Nova Recende, San Antonio La Paz

Variety:  Catucai, Bourbon, Castillo, Pacamara, Pache

Elevation: 1,000-1,900 masl

Process: Natural, Washed

Tasting notes: chocolate, caramel, citrus
